Corporation tax calculator
Put in the profit your company expects to make and see the corporation tax sitting on it for 2026/27, including marginal relief if you fall between the two rates and the effect of any associated companies.
How this calculator works
- Enter the profit for your accounting period, after costs and salaries but before anything you take out as a dividend.
- Add the number of associated companies you have, because the thresholds are shared between them and that can pull you into marginal relief.
- The result is the corporation tax on that profit, which is the money to keep aside rather than spend on stock or a hire.
What it cannot see
The calculator only knows the one number you type in. It cannot see losses brought forward, capital allowances on equipment you bought this year, an R&D claim nobody made, patent box on registered IP, or how you pay yourself between salary and dividends. Any one of those changes what actually leaves the bank, so treat the figure here as a starting point rather than the final bill.
