What happens when you get in touch
When will my message be read?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and messages are read in that window. Anything sent after 6pm or over the weekend is picked up when the office reopens at 10am.
What happens after I complete the quiz?
We’ll read your answers and send a personalised recommendation. If there is a fit, we’ll invite you to the free review, ask any follow-up questions, and then put any proposed work and fixed fee in writing before you decide.
Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?
No. The recommendation and first review are free, and there is no obligation to continue. Any ongoing work, scope, and fixed fee are agreed in writing before anything starts.
